In the Account Settings section, review your current subscription details to understand your existing plan inclusions, billing cycle, etc.
Store Owners Plan - This plan includes access for 1 user by default. However, you have the ability to add an unlimited number of user accounts as an add-on. This add-on costs an extra $9 per month or $6 per month(if you’re paying yearly) for each additional user.
Unlimited/Organization Plan - These plans allow you to add an unlimited number of user accounts without any additional charges.
Each TrueROAS subscription provides the option for unlimited user accounts.
If you are currently subscribed to the Store Owners plan, you have the option to add more than one store using our add-on. However, if you have three or more stores already or are planning to add more in the future, we highly recommend upgrading to our Unlimited/Organization Plan. With this plan, you can add as many stores as you want without incurring any additional charges.
If your current plan does not include the desired number of stores, you will need to upgrade your subscription. Look for an option to "Upgrade" or "Change Plan" within the Account Settings.
Once you have confirmed that your plan permits multiple stores, you can proceed with adding additional stores to your account. With the appropriate subscription in place, you'll be able to manage multiple stores seamlessly and effectively. Simply follow the steps below to add the desired number of stores and enjoy the convenience of handling all of them from one TrueROAS account.
Log in to your TrueROAS account: Visit the TrueROAS website and log in to your account using your registered email address and password.
Navigate to your Account Settings: Once logged in, locate and click on your left panel menu "Account & Settings". And then click “Reporting Settings”
Click on the "New Store" button to add your store URL.
Add your desired store: If you are adding a Shopify or WooCommerce store, proceed with the steps provided by the platform to connect and integrate the store. The platform will guide you through the necessary configurations to establish the connection.
For Custom Store or Third-Party Platforms: If you are adding a Custom Store or a store based on a third-party platform not directly supported by TrueROAS, you may need additional instructions. In this case, refer to this article for further guidance on integrating such stores.
When adding a Shopify store to your TrueROAS account, you should see a window that prompts you to enter the necessary details. To ensure successful integration, make sure to follow this format when adding your Shopify Store URL: "yourstore.myshopify.com".
Enter your actual Shopify store's URL, replacing "yourstore" with your unique Shopify store name. This format is essential to establish the correct connection between TrueROAS and your Shopify store, enabling accurate ad tracking and reporting for your store. Double-check the URL entry before proceeding to ensure that the integration process proceeds smoothly.
You can get the URL for your Shopify store, by following these steps:
1. Go to https://www.shopify.com/ and click on the "Log in" link in the top right corner. Enter your credentials to access your Shopify admin.
2. Navigate to the Online Store: From your Shopify admin, click on "Online Store" in the left-hand sidebar.
3. Once you are in the Online Store section, you'll see a preview of your storefront on the right side of the screen. The URL for your Shopify store will be displayed at the top of the preview window, just below the name of your store.
4. From there, you can either highlight and copy the URL directly from the preview window or click on the "Preview" button to open your store in a new tab, and then copy the URL from the address bar of your web browser.
Adding your WooCommerce store to TrueROAS is a straightforward process. All you need to do is enter your store URL, and you should be all set. For example, if your store's URL is "yourstore.com," simply input that information during the integration process.
If you’re not sure about your WooCommerce store URL, you can log in to your Wordpress dashboard, and go to Settings > General. Your store URL will be listed under WordPress Address(URL) and Site Address (URL) fields.
